SUMMER PILATES CLASSES FOR TEENS!
Give your teen the confidence that comes from having a strong, healthy body, self-awareness, and great posture! Pilates is a fun way to get in a resistance workout and improve the way you feel about your body.
Classes will be held on Mondays from 3:30-4:30, beginning June 3rd and ending July 25th. There will be no classes the week of June 17-21. Classes are Pilates equipment classes and class size is limited to 6 participants per class.
Pricing: One class per week for a total of 7 weeks- $140
Clients must sign up for the entire session, and can make up one missed class at one of our many regularly scheduled classes.
Come to one of our 20 weekly classes! Or treat yourself to a private or semi-private session to really trouble-shoot those alignment difficulties. Our services include group classes in Pilates mat and equipment, GYROKENISIS, Yoga, and a spinning/Pilates mat combo.
Private Sessions use whatever combination of equipment and movement styles that would benefit you the most as well as bodywork using the John Barnes' Method of Myofascial Release, Structural Integration, deep tissue, trigger point therapy and the Raindrop technique. The use of essential oils is sometimes used during your private session.
Pilates Core Training is Pensacola's complete Pilates studio offering all levels of training. We use state-of the-art equipment for personal training as well as group reformer, group tower, group chair and group mat sessions to offer the highest quality Pilates training. We also offer the GYROTONIC Expansion System on the Pulley Tower. We have spinning classes using Body Craft Tour Training Cycles. Pilates Core Training can assist anyone in personalizing their training to achieve specific goals. We have a wide range of training that is geared toward beginners, people with osteoporosis or back, knee and shoulder problems, weekend warriors and advanced athletes. Many golfers, runners, baseball and tennis players and equestrian riders have benefited by adding Pilates to their training schedule.
Many of our clients are people who are tired of the same old workouts but still want to maintain or achieve a tone, lean, and flexible body. Pilates does all that, but much more.
