Beginning Equipment: Learn the basics of reformer and tower exercises and alignment fundamentals.
Modified Equipment: Exercises are modified for those with special conditions such as Osteoporosis, Stenosis, back pain, joint conditions, etc.
Equipment: Use of Reformer and Tower, maximum 7 per class. Must have attended Intro to Equipment or have prior experience on equipment or personal training. Designed for Multi-Level participation.
**Advanced Equipment: More challenging exercises, faster pace. Must know fundamentals and have a strong core. Pre-approval required.
*Progressive Equipment: Progressive Equipment is an 8-week series of pre-approved participants. Must know fundamentals and have a strong core. The class progresses through advanced sequences over the course.
Advanced Mat: More challenging exercises, faster pace.
Mat Multi-Level Props: Use of exercise bands, large stability balls, rollers, rings, medicine balls, BOSUs, etc. Can make the classic exercises more challenging or supportive. Designed for Multi-Level participation.
Cycle/Mat: (75 Minutes) Ride the awesome Body Craft Real Ride Cycles for 45 minutes, followed by a 30 minute mat class designed for upper body, core and stretching. Really "Ride From Your Core!"
Beginning Mat: Learn the valuable alignment fundamentals and begin your core strengthening.
