Super charge your exercise benefits by personalizing your fitness plan.  We have degrees in Exercise Science and can assess  your fitness level by a few simple tests.  You will learn your body fat percentage (by use of accurate skin calipers not just electronic scales), determine your VO2max (oxygen metabolism which determines  your fat burning potential) and a few other strength and flexibility assessments.  Using the information a fitness and diet plan customized just for you will be scientifically formulated.
