Beth’s Pilates testimony:

“I walked into Pilates Core Training in the Fall of 2002 and took my first mat class with Barbara. I had been peeking in the window of the studio for several weeks fascinated with what I saw Barbara teaching and one day she opened the door inviting me in; she encouraged me to try a class so I did. When I first started I could hardly move my neck, I had continuous lower back pain and pain in both knees when I walked. After 6 months of classes all of these issues were diminishing and within a year they were completely gone. I am addicted to Pilates because I believe it changes lives and is one of the most effective ways of significantly improving your strength and flexibility.
