Lynette Ward, P.T., received her Pilates Rehab Certification from Polestar Education in 2006. Her background in physical therapy includes experience in myofascial release and cranio-sacral therapy ,and manual therapy techniques. She has over 20 years experience in treating orthopedic and neurological conditions, chronic pain, joint replacement, and many other conditions. She will specialize in working with Post Rehab and wellness clients in the studio.
